Dr. Sakharam Garale is a physician with MBA from IIMI, BCMAS, pursuing a PHD in management. Dr Garale has over 18 years of rich experience in Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Research & Development, Public Health, Project Management, Vendor Management, Compliance, and People Management within the Pharmaceutical industry.
He has had exposure to international markets with MNCs like Mylan Laboratories Ltd, Abbott Ltd, Quintiles Translational Ltd, Sandoz India Ltd and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited.
Dr. Sakharam brings extensive experience of working in international markets i.e. Emerging Markets (LATAM, ASIA, Africa and JANZ) along with India for Global Medical Affairs, Public Health and commercial leadership.
He has expertise in managing phase I-IV, PMOS, Epidemiology, HEOR, Life Cycle Management and IIS clinical trials. He has also had vast experience in setting up and managing the units of Bioavailability & Bioequivalence studies with leading CROs, local and MNC Pharma organization in the industry at different levels.
Dr Sachin M Kadoo is a professionally trained Clinical Endocrinologist and holds his
MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) and MD (Doctor of Internal
Medicine) Degree from the prestigious Robert Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Group
of Hospitals , which is affiliated to the University of Bombay. He has passed his MD
Degree with Distinction . He underwent the Clinical Residency program in the
Endocrinology and the Internal Medicine departments at the Major Hospitals of
Bombay - like the Jaslok Hospital , St Georges Hospital, Sir JJ Hospital, G T
Hospital , and the Cama and; Albless Hospital.
A dynamic professional with more than 20 + years of learnings in Medical, Regulatory
Affairs, Clinical development, Medico marketing and Personnel Leadership with the
pharmaceuticals-industry. Track record in successful project management - Designed,
initiated, coordinated and completed multicentric clinical trials. Improved quality

Domestic Divisions in addition to the International Emerging Markets (Sri Lanka,
Myanmar, Vietnam, Kazakhstan,Ukraine,East Africa; West Africa; Latin America)
He is the Life member of Indian Medical Association and Association of Physicians of
India. He has been accredited as the Member of the European Society of Cardiology.
